They always go beyond what I expected. Treating me like a friend and looking after me like I matter. I never have any concerns about my truck being ready for a long trip as they check and repair things I didn't notice. The tec found and replaced a worn idler pully that was severely worn, along with a badly worn belt. Peace of mind is what matters! You folks are to be commended.

I'm the Proud owner of a 2011 Equinox ... It's my wife's "OLD" vehicle, since when we acquired a NEW vehicle, also an Equinox, she takes over the new addition. With that stated, the only reason that this 2011 vehicle, is still functioning like a "SWISS WATCH", is solely due to the expert Service technicians @ STRATTON CHEVROLET. I LOVE General Motors products, and will only BUY them @ STRATTON and have them serviced at their facility

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, which I pay for every time that it needs an oil change. they bring my truck out and and only because the tires on the passenger side were dirty when I took it there, I noticed that the tires at the very least ,had not been rotated correctly, I truly do not trust the service dept. to maintain my vehicle properly and to give me what I've paid for.

The Stratton team was amazing as always. So kind and so personal. I appreciate the excellent and fast service.

Had my Corvette in for a whining transmission. Stratton personnel are always excellent; my beef is that they recorded the whine and submitted it to Engineering and Engineering decided the whine was in normal range. I recently drove another Corvette of my model and equipment and it did not make the whine at all. So my problem is with Chevrolet above the dealership level. I might add this Corvette is my sixteen new Chevy since 1981, consecutively, and I also bought three 2015 Chevys in 2017 at Chevy dealers so you can see I am a loyal Chevrolet customer.
